Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day.

All LumoSmile orders ship with free standard shipping. Priority and Express shipping are included free with qualifying bundles, or available for a flat fee at checkout for other orders.

International shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal conditions, or public holidays. LumoSmile is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
If an order is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the product cost but not the original shipping fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email, or by visiting the carrier's website directly.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check around your property and with neighbours
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Wait 2–3 business days as packages sometimes show as delivered prematurely
- If still unresolved, contact us at hello@shoplumosmile.com and we'll work with the carrier to investigate
LumoSmile is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@shoplumosmile.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may have already entered the fulfilment process and address changes cannot be guaranteed.
